1.はじめに

当ドッグランの利用に際しては、以下の利用規約を遵守いただきますようお願いいたします。本規約は、全ての利用者に公平で安全な環境を提供するためのものです。

When using this dog run, please abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are intended to provide a fair and safe environment for all users.

2.Eligibility for use

ドッグランの利用は、以下の条件を満たす方のみとします。

Use of the dog run is limited to those who meet the following conditions.

• ワンちゃんの飼い主または正当な管理者であること。
• Must be the owner or legitimate caretaker of the dog.
• ワンちゃんが1年以内に予防接種（狂犬病、5種以上の混合ワクチン）を受けていること。
• The dog must have received vaccinations (rabies, 5 or more mixed vaccines) within the past year.
• ワンちゃんが健康であり伝染病や皮膚病、その他疾病にかかっていないこと。
• The dog must be healthy and free of contagious diseases, skin diseases, and other illnesses.
• ワンちゃんが発情期のメスでないこと。
• The dog must not be a female in heat.
• ワンちゃんが基本的なしつけを受けており、他のワンちゃんや人に対して攻撃的でないこと。
• The dog must have received basic training and must not be aggressive toward other dogs or people.
• 飼い主は中学生以上であること。中学生以下の利用は保護者同伴が必要です。
• Owners must be junior high school students or older. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

ドッグランの利用時間は、カフェの営業時間内とします。営業時間外の利用はできません。

The dog run is available for use during the business hours of the cafe. Use outside of business hours is not permitted.

• 完全予約制につき、ご使用前には必ずご予約の上ご使用ください。
• Please be sure to make a reservation before using the dog run.
• ご利用規約に必ず目を通し、ご了承の上ドッグランを使用してください。
• Please read and agree to the Terms of Use before using the dog run.
• ご利用前には、必ずカフェスタッフまでお声がけください（ドッグランにはスタッフは常駐しておりません）。
• Please ask a member of our staff before using the dog run (there is no staff on duty at the dog run).
• ワンちゃんと飼い主は必ず一緒に入場してください。
• Dogs and owners must enter together.
• ドッグランに入場する際には、リード装着の上入場し、場内を一回りした後、ワンちゃんが落ち着いてからリードを外してください。
• When entering the dog run, please enter with your dog on a leash, make a round of the grounds, and remove the leash after your dog has calmed down.
• 終了時間5分前には片付けをしていただき、終了時間にはドッグランからご退場ください。次のお客様のスムーズなご案内にご協力ください。
• Please clean up 5 minutes before the end time and leave the dog run at the end of the day. Please cooperate with us to ensure a smooth transition to the next guest.
• ご使用後もカフェ棟までお越しいただき、スタッフにお声がけください。
• Please continue to come to the cafe building after use and ask our staff for assistance.

5.ドッグラン利用時の諸注意

5.Notes on the use of the dog run

• 貸切ドッグランとなりますが、お客様入れ替え時に他のワンちゃんとすれ違う場合がございます。
• The dog run is a private dog run, and owners are reminded that their dogs may cross paths with other dogs when switching visitors.
• 飼い主は、常にご自分のワンちゃんから目を離さないよう注意してください。
• Owners are asked to keep an eye on their dogs at all times.
• 自然の中のドッグランとなりますので、虫（ダニ、蚊など）の対策は各自でお願いいたします。
• The dog run is in a natural environment, so please take precautions against insects (ticks, mosquitoes, etc.) on your own.
• ドッグランに慣れていないワンちゃんや飼い主の指示が聞けないワンちゃんは、ドッグラン内でのリード装着をお願いします。
• Dogs that are not accustomed to the dog run and dogs that cannot listen to their owners' instructions are asked to wear a leash while in the dog run.
• ドッグランへのボール・おもちゃ・フード・おやつ等の持ち込みは可能です。人間の食べ物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。ただし、Yamanaka Terrace内で購入した飲食物のみ持ち込み可能とします。
• You may bring balls, toys, food, treats, etc. to the dog run. Please refrain from bringing in human food. However, only food and beverages purchased inside the Yamanaka Terrace may be brought in.
• ドッグラン内で出たゴミは必ずお持ち帰りください。
• Please be sure to take any garbage from the dog run home with you.
• ドッグラン以外の場所では必ずリードの装着をお願いします。
• Please be sure to keep your dog on a leash when not in the dog run.
• ワンちゃんの糞尿について、おしっこした場合は必ず水で流し、うんちをした場合は袋に入れてお持ち帰りください。
• If your dog has peed in the dog run, please be sure to flush it with water. If your dog has pooped in the dog run, please put it in a bag and take it home.

6.禁止事項

以下の行為は、ドッグラン内で禁止されています。

The following activities are prohibited in the dog run

• ドッグラン内での喫煙
• Smoking in the dog run
• ドッグラン内での火器の使用
• Use of firearms in the dog run
• ドッグラン内の地面の掘り返し
• Digging up the ground inside the dog run
• ドッグラン外への脱走
• Escaping outside the dog run
• ドッグラン以外の場所でのリード未装着
• Not wearing a leash outside the dog run
• ドッグラン以外の用途での利用
• Using the dog run for any purpose other than the dog run
• グルーミング・ブラッシング
• Grooming and brushing
• ネットへのよじ登理、噛みつき
• Climbing or biting the net
• 無許可での商業活動やイベントの開催
• Unauthorized commercial activities or events

7.免責事項

7.Disclaimer

• ドッグラン利用中に発生した事故や怪我、損害について、当カフェおよびドッグランは一切の責任を負いません。利用者は自己の責任において利用してください。
• The Cafe and the dog run are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using the dog run. Users use the dog run at their own risk.
• 合同利用される場合の咬傷事故などのトラブルは当事者間で話し合い解決してください。
• In the case of joint use of the dog run, any problems such as bites or accidents should be discussed and resolved between the parties concerned.
• 他の利用者や犬に損害を与えた場合、その責任は当事者間で解決してください。
• In the event that damage is caused to other users or their dogs, the responsibility for such damage must be resolved between the parties concerned.
• 当日、噛みつきなどのトラブルを起こした場合や、上記規約に違反した場合は退場いただく場合があります。その際にはご利用料金は返金できません。
• If a dog bites or otherwise causes trouble on the day of use, or violates any of the above rules, the user may be asked to leave the premises. In such cases, the fee will not be refunded.
• ワンちゃんの責によるネットの破損等がある場合はお客様のご負担にて修繕させていただく場合もございます。破損等が見受けられた場合は、速やかにカフェ棟スタッフまでお声がけください。
• If there is damage to the net due to your dog's fault, we may have to repair it at your expense. If you see any damage, please notify the staff in the cafe building as soon as possible.
• 自然の中のドッグランのため、草木やきのこなど、種類が不明なものが自生しています。こちらを食べたりされて体調を崩されても当方は責任を負いません。自己の責任でご利用ください。もしご了承いただけない場合は、予約は避けてください。
• Since this is a dog run in the middle of nature, there are plants, trees, mushrooms, and other unknown species growing wild. We will not be responsible for any health problems caused by eating these items. Please use at your own risk. If you do not agree, please do not make reservations.

8.キャンセル

8.Cancellation

キャンセル料は以下の通り発生しますのでご注意ください。

Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

• 前日23:45までにキャンセルいただいた場合、全額ご返金いたします。
• If you cancel by 11:45 p.m. the day before, we will issue a full refund.
• 前日23:46以降のキャンセル、当日キャンセル、当日の無断キャンセルの場合、ご返金致しかねます。
• We cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 11:46 p.m. the day before, same-day cancellations, or no-shows on the day of the reservation.

※施設全体が休業となるような悪天候の場合、キャンセル料は頂きません。

※In the event of inclement weather that causes the entire facility to be closed, no cancellation fee will be charged.

※お時間の変更や頭数変更については、一度ご予約をキャンセルいただいた上で、再度ご予約をお願いいたします。

※If you need to change the time or the number of guests, please cancel your reservation first and then make a new one.

※キャンセルはご予約完了時にお送りするメールの下部にある「ご予約のキャンセルはこちらから」よりお手続きいただけます。

※To cancel your reservation, please click the “Click here to cancel your reservation” link at the bottom of the email you received upon completing your reservation.

• 本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。最新の規約はYamanaka Terrace公式サイトのDOG RUNページに掲示いたします。
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest terms and conditions will be posted on the DOG RUN page of the official Yamanaka Terrace website.
• 同行者にもこの規約を十分に理解していただき、ご来場ください。
• Please make sure that your companion fully understands these terms and conditions before coming to the event.

ドッグランをご利用いただくにあたり、本規約にご同意を頂いたものとさせて頂きます。
